2. Data collected
Through the quote request form: full name, company, email address, phone number, service required, dates and locations, number of people to protect, whether armed protection is requested, preferred callback time, the content of your message and, where applicable, your answers in the "Assess my needs" tool.
This data is collected only when you choose to fill in the form. Please do not include sensitive information: it is discussed by phone.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your request and calling you back.
- Preparing a proposed deployment and a quote.
- Preparing, carrying out and following up the service once a contract is signed.
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and on our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
5. Recipients
Your data is intended for S.F.P.R and, for secure transport requests, for Octa, which provides that service. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Requests sent through the form are hosted by our technical provider Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention period
Data from a request that does not lead to a contract is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data relating to a contract is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods required by law (in particular 10 years for accounting records).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us at j.baudeau@sfpr-contact.com or by post at our registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It only stores your language choice (French or English) in your browser, so that the right version is shown on your next visits. This setting contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time from your browser. Fonts are hosted on the website itself.
9. Security
S.F.P.R implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access. Access to requests is limited to those who need it.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended at any time. The version in force is the one published on the website.
